Upstate Colorado has partnered with Weld County to provide public awareness on the environmental, economic, and alternative energy benefits of using natural gas as an alternative transportation fuel.  Upstate will be conducting private sector “Fleet Industry” meetings, as well as reaching out to local governments on fleet conversions.
